Join Us at Our Parish Council Meetings

We welcome members of the public to attend our Parish Council meetings. These meetings are open to everyone, and we value your input and involvement in shaping our community.

When and Where:
Full Council meetings typically take place on the second Tuesday of each month at 7pm at Monkston Community Centre, St. Bartholomews, Monkston, MK10 9FJ. However, please check the specific meeting agenda for details of the venue and for any changes to the date or time.

Get Involved:
At the beginning of each meeting, there’s a dedicated time for members of the public to share their concerns or ideas with the Council. While this is not a Q&A or debate session (in accordance with Parish Council regulations), we carefully note and consider all matters raised:

• If your concern relates to an agenda item, it will be addressed during the meeting.
• If it’s a new issue, we’ll either respond to you in writing or add it to a future agenda for discussion.

Stay Informed:
Meeting agendas are published at least four days in advance and can be found on our website or public noticeboards. Minutes from each meeting are also available online or upon request. Draft minutes are uploaded after the meeting and considered for approval at the following meeting.
